Reacher is back for its second season on Amazon Prime Video. The show flew a bit under the radar during its first season. But a solid performance from lead actor Alan Ritchson as the titular character made it a hit among viewers. Its gripping combination of hard-hitting action and intriguing conspiracy was addictive and season 2 certainly ups the ante. We’re now four episodes into the new season out of a total eight and it just keeps getting better and better. So, with that in mind, when do new episodes of Reacher come out on Amazon Prime Video?
Season 2 of the show sees Jack Reacher reuniting with his former comrades from the now-disbanded 110th MP Special Investigations Unit. They are brought back together following the death of one of their own – Calvin Franz.
At the beginning of Season 2’s first episode, Franz was shown being thrown mercilessly from a helicopter onto the snow-covered ground below. With the unit seemingly under threat, Reacher and his former colleagues are forced into a race against time as they uncover a murky conspiracy connected to Franz’s death.
With the stakes of the season growing ever higher, there’s no doubt fans are keen to find out what happens. The first three episodes were released all at once on 15 December 2023, and the fourth episode followed on 22 December 2023. But what about the others? When will new episodes of Reacher be released?

New episodes of Reacher will be released on Amazon Prime Video on the following dates:
- Season 2 Episode 5 “Burial”: 29 December 2023
- Season 2 Episode 6 “New York’s Finest”: 5 January 2024
- Season 2 Episode 7 “The Man Goes Through”: 12 January 2024
- Season 2 Episode 8 “Fly Boy”: 19 January 2024
This means a new episode of Reacher will be released each week on a Friday for the next four weeks.

New content on Amazon Prime Video is usually released at 12am GMT. That means new episodes of Reacher should become available to stream at the following times every Friday for the next four weeks:
