This guide details the one shot shotgun meta and best Lockwood loadout for Call of Duty: Warzone and Modern Warfare II Season 6.
If, like me, you’re always looking for the best weapons in Warzone, you will no doubt have heard about the one shot Lockwood loadout that is dominating Season 6.
It’s true, there is a one shot shotgun build that is absolutely destroying players in Warzone. And it is one you don’t want to miss.
This absolutely filthy Lockwood 300 build emerged in Season 6 which dropped earlier this week. The meta loadout makes use of a trigger attachment that enables the vintage shotty to fire both barrels at once.
Having rarely used the Lockwood 300 before now, I spent a couple of hours levelling it up and have now tried it for myself. What’s more, I’ve found the best combination of attachments to absolutely decimate the opposition in Warzone.
I’m happy to report that this Lockwood loadout is every bit of the dominant one shot shotgun meta that people are claiming it to be. So, let’s go over the best Lockwood loadout for Call of Duty: Warzone Season 6.
One Shot Shotgun Meta – Best Lockwood Loadout
This incredibly overpowered Lockwood build focusses on the Maelstrom Dual Trigger which allows the user to fire both barrels at the same time. This attachment is unlocked by getting 15 point blank Operator kills with the Lockwood 300.
When combined with the attachments below, I found that this Lockwood loadout was an absolute monster in both Warzone and Modern Warfare II multiplayer.
This is the best Lockwood loadout and the one shot shotgun meta in Warzone Season 6:
Barrel – Matuzek 812 Barrel
Laser – Schlager ULO-66 Laser
Stock – Heist Stock Mod
Trigger Action – Maelstrom Dual Trigger
Underbarrel – Merc Foregrip
As mentioned, the Maelstrom Dual Trigger is the integral part of this one shot build. It has the ability to shred plates from players and down them in a single blast.
This, combined with the lengthy barrel, buffed hip-fire capabilities and impressive mobility makes it a force to be reckoned with in Warzone.
Whether or not this kind of overpowered build was intended by the developers is anyone’s guess; however, it is likely that this meta Lockwood will be nerfed in the near future. That means that you should make the most of it while you can.
After testing this one shot shotgun meta build out for myself, I can confirm that it is worth the effort to unlock.
