Once you have gotten yourself a backpack, ensure you have two weapons equipped.
Next, find an AI enemy soldier. Simply defeat the enemy AI and look for their dropped weapon.
Drop a small amount of cash next to their dropped gun then look at the gun on the floor. Now you need to find a sweet spot between the two items.
Slowly move so the gun tag disappears and the cash tag pops up but the gun stays highlighted with the white outline. Finally, hold down on the d-pad to stow the gun.
