This guide explains what the Workbench is in Call of Duty: Warzone 2.0 DMZ mode.
New seasons are always exciting in Call of Duty. Season 3 of Warzone 2.0 and Modern Warfare 2 is no exception and fans are looking forward to plenty of new additions.
Of course, Warzone 2.0‘s popular DMZ mode will also receive fresh content. Described as a “DMZ Overhaul”, a number of new features look set to enhance the gameplay experience. And this includes the addition of the Workbench.
But how will it work, what does it do, and how will it change the way players experience DMZ?
What is the Workbench in Warzone DMZ Season 3?
This is what the Workbench does in DMZ:
Players can customize contraband weapons at Workbenches. This means players are able to remove, swap, or add attachments they have unlocked to a contraband weapon.
To modify a weapon at a Workbench, players must spend some cash. However, this will provide far more versatility to contraband weapons, which, until Season 3, could not be modified after being collected.
If you do not like certain attachments on a weapon you have picked up, simply head to a Workbench and customize it to better suit your needs.
Workbenches are located near Buy Stations in DMZ. This is especially handy if you use a Buy Station to purchase contraband as you can head to the Workbench immediately afterwards to alter it to your liking.
