Season 4 of Call of Duty: Warzone 2.0 introduced lots of exciting changes to the game. The most notable addition was Vondel, which a brand new map for Resurgence and DMZ game modes.

Players have been getting stuck in and experiencing everything Vondel has to offer. The map has been well-received, and it has ushered in lots of new content for DMZ.

In Season 4, DMZ has benefitted from new features including Urgent Missions and the Forward Operating Base.

Furthermore, DMZ has received lots of new keys that unlock special locations and loot caches. And, of course, there are plenty of new dead drops for players to find that are incorporated into faction missions.

One of these is the Vondel Zoo dead drop, which players must locate as part of the “Icebreaker” mission. “Icebreaker” is a tier 2 mission for the Black Mous faction. It tasks players with retrieving the Letter of Introduction and a tracking device from the dead drop at the zoo.

Enter and explore the Zoo with extreme caution. The area is swarming with enemy soldiers and it is easy to become quickly overwhelmed.

Ensure you deal with any soldiers before rushing to the dead drop. Likewise, keep an eye out for enemy Operators who may be in the area in search of loot.

Once you’ve found the dead drop, open it to retrieve the Letter of Introduction and tracker (if you’re doing “Icebreaker”). Otherwise, you can use it to deposit cash and reduce the cooldown time of your insured weapon slots.
