This is how to fix the broken tracker in Stray: To fix the Broken Tracker, take it to Elliot Electronics. It is located just past The Bar. Take the first left, then it’s the first door on the right. You need to scratch at it to be let inside.

Once inside, go upstairs and talk to Elliot. He is too cold to work on the Tracker without trembling so asks for a blanket.

For this, you need to get a Poncho from Grandma which she will make in exchange for Electric Cable. The Electric Cable can be obtained from the Market Place in exchange for Super Spirit Detergent.
