Star Wars Jedi: Survivor appears to have been rated in Brazil ahead of its last-gen release on PS4 and Xbox One.

The rating is listed on the Ministry of Justice and Public Security website, where it has been officially rated as a ’14’ title. The 14 rating – which was first spotted by X user @the_marmolade – means that Star Wars Jedi: Survivor is “not recommended for children under 14 (fourteen) years of age”.

Despite being released first on current-generation consoles and PC and suffering from some significant performance issues, EA announced in August 2023 that Jedi: Survivor would be coming to PS4 and Xbox One at an unspecified point in the future.

Having now been rated in Brazil for last-gen consoles, it appears its release may soon be upon us. Despite this, a specific release date has not been confirmed.

Of course, a natural concern among potential buyers on PS4 and Xbox One will be the game’s ability to run on older hardware. As mentioned, Jedi: Survivor – despite being mostly well-received by critics – did have performance problems upon its release for PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.

While many of these issues have been ironed out thanks to patches, it remains to be seen how the game will perform on the 11-year-old consoles. After all, last-gen releases tend to get the short of the stick when compared to their current-gen counterparts.
