Resident Evil 4 remake: How to solve Hexagon puzzle

This guide explains how to solve the hexagon puzzle in Resident Evil 4 remake.

Resident Evil 4 remake features a huge number of puzzles and side quests. They give the player lots of things to do in addition to the main story, and they’re interesting and engaging to boot.

Puzzles sometimes require you to collect different pieces in order to complete them. One puzzle like this is the hexagon puzzle, which is located at the Stone Pedestal in the northern Quarry area near a dock.

Players aren’t given any instructions to help solve the puzzle or where to find its three missing pieces. Check out the steps below explaining what you need to do…

How to solve Hexagon puzzle in Resident Evil 4 remake

This is how to solve the Resident Evil 4 remake hexagon puzzle:

There are three Hexagon Pieces to collect, labelled A, B, and C respectively.

Hexagon Piece A is in the same room as the Merchant in the Quarry area. It is inside a chest on the opposite side of the room to the Merchant.

Hexagon Piece B is located in the northwest corner of the Fish Farm inside a crate. Reach it by passing under a bridge.

Hexagon Piece C can be found inside the Small Cave Shrine which is located in the northeast corner of the Lake. After solving the stone dais puzzle and collecting the Blasphemer’s Head, Hexagon Piece C is to your right inside a case on a small table.

Once you’ve got all three pieces, return to the Stone Pedestal. Place all the pieces on the Stone Pedestal and rotate them to match the correct pattern (which you can see above). You will be rewarded with the Depraved Idol which is worth 15,000 ptas.
