Fresh gameplay clips, apparently taken from early-builds of Marvel’s Wolverine, have surfaced in yet another leak targeting Insomniac’s upcoming game. The footage (which we won’t share here) is split across three clips.

The longest of the three appears to show gameplay and cutscenes from Marvel’s Wolverine running on a high-end PC. According to the uploader, it comes from an early-build of the game that was leaked by ‘Brazillian Team’. They explain that it “works alright” but that it’s “pretty buggy”.

In the video, which is just over 11-minutes, we see Logan walking around a town in street-clothes with his claws drawn. He enters a bar and a cutscene (complete with voice-acting) begins in which he is ambushed by a group of ninjas. Gameplay then resumes and we see Logan battle his attackers in an extended look at the game’s combat.

A second clip apparently shows the titular hero running around what appears to be the same town in his trademark yellow Wolverine outfit. It then cuts to Logan battling enemies while wearing just his underwear. In the last clip, Logan traverses the town at night in street clothes.

It goes without saying that viewers shouldn’t take anything from the clips as they aren’t representative of the final product.

While eager fans will no doubt welcome another look at Wolverine, it’s yet more bad news for developer Insomniac following the disastrous ransomware attack in December 2023 that saw sensitive corporate and employee information stolen.

Last week, images that apparently show a very early build of Marvel’s Spider-Man 3 were shared on X.
