Call of Duty has been living in the shadow of the 2019 Modern Warfare reboot over the last two years. But that’s all set to change with the upcoming launch of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II. Its campaign is available now while multiplayer will be launching on October 28th. Players are curious about the new features and changes they’re seeing for the first time.
One big change is the layout of the game’s user interface (UI) which includes alterations to its Settings menu.

Once you’ve wrapped your head around it, the new UI is actually quite intuitive. However, it does take some getting used to.
Thankfully, changing language is quick and easy.
This is how to change language in Modern Warfare 2:
- From the menu, open the Notifications/Options menu in the top right corner (≡ button on PS5).
- Go to the Settings menu (gear icon) or Quick Settings and select Interface.
- Under “Accessibility”, scroll down to “Language Selection” and select your desired language.
There you have it – you will now be able to play Modern Warfare 2 in your preferred language.
