Gamers who secured early access by pre-ordering Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III are already able to check out its campaign. In this latest iteration of the series, players once again step into the shoes of Task Force 141 members embarking on a global mission to confront the ultranationalist antagonist, Vladimir Makarov, and his Konni Group soldiers.
While Call of Duty campaigns have historically been known for their fast-paced linear missions and spectacular action sequences, MW3 mixes things up somewhat.
Rather than a string of scripted missions, the campaign primarily revolves around “open combat” scenarios. These offer players the freedom to complete missions in a way that suits them best. This approach includes opportunities to collect weapons, field upgrades, equipment, and more. One mission like this is ‘Crash Site’. For this mission, players control Farah.
Farah must infiltrate the site – which is under Konni control – and locate mobile devices from passengers onboard the downed flight.

Where to get Ascender location at the Crash Site in Modern Warfare 3
This is the location of the Ascender for the Crash Site mission in Modern Warfare 3:
The Ascender in the Crash Site mission is on the hill on the north east side of the map. Once there, look for it sat on top of some stacked crates. It can be found at map coordinates G4.
The hillside is patrolled by numerous enemy soldiers, so take your time as you explore the area.
While the Ascender is really useful, there are also weapon crates in the area that are worth looking out for. So, be sure to fully explore the Crash Site and find everything it has to offer.
Once you have the Ascender, you can use it at all the ascend points throughout the Crash Site map.
