Just over a week ago, a Modern Warfare II leak unveiled multiplayer maps included in the new Call of Duty game. One of those maps is a returning classic – Favela. But now a further leak has revealed much more about the highly anticipated new instalment.
Every year there’s a huge amount of speculation surrounding which game modes, perks, kill streaks and more will be included in the new Call of Duty title, from returning staples to revived fan favourites.
Despite the lack of official reveals, we now have a pretty detailed picture of what to expect in Modern Warfare II. And it’s a fantastic blend of old and new.
So, let’s take a look at what has been revealed in the latest Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II leak…
Where has the leak come from?
As with last time, this new leak comes from datamined files found in Warzone Mobile which is currently undergoing closed-invite testing.
Twitter user @r3al1tyuk (presumably the same person as last time under a different handle) is once again the source of the leak.
As of writing, much of what they’ve shared has been removed in response to copyright notices. However, one eagle-eyed user over on Resetera has helpfully compiled all the information into a single thread.
Modern Warfare II Game Modes
Game modes are central to every Call of Duty multiplayer experience.
Over the years, there’s been some incredibly fun modes. But there’s also been some real stinkers. Strike the balance just right and there’s something for everyone.
Below is the list of multiplayer game modes set to be included in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II:

- CTF
- Bounty
- Kill Confirmed
- Cranked
- Cyber Attack
- Demolition

Modern Warfare II Killstreaks
Per the Modern Warfare II leak, killstreaks are back in this year’s game.
The list is quite short. Presumably there will be more in the final game. However, this the list of killstreaks revealed in the leak so far:
- UAV

- Inflatable Decoy
- Stimpistol
- Battle Rage

- Sound Veil
Modern Warfare II Perks
The right perks can make or break Call of Duty multiplayer.
When they were introduced in Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare, they were ground-breaking for the series. And they’ve been included ever since.
There have been some brilliant perks in the series’ long history. But there’s also been some not-so-useful ones.
2019’s Modern Warfare had a great selection and struck the balance just right.
According to the new leak, these are the perks in Modern Warfare II:
- Amped
- Battle Hardened
- Cold Blooded
- Double Time
- E.O.D.
- Ghost
