This guide explains how to unlock the GS Magna in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II and Warzone 2.0 Season 3 Reloaded.
Warzone 2.0 and Modern Warfare 2 players can now enjoy Season 3 Reloaded, which may be smaller in size than a typical seasonal update, but comes with noteworthy mid-season enhancements. Among these are the addition of a new multiplayer map, Alboran Hatchery, a fresh area for Al Mazrah in DMZ, Warzone 2.0 Ranked Play, and Raid Episode 03. Furthermore, Season 3 Reloaded introduces two new weapons, one of which is the GS Magna. As expected, players are curious about how to unlock the new sidearm.
This new handgun is a fully automatic Desert Eagle that is “built for raw power”. It remains to be seen just how effective such a weapon will be in MW2 and Warzone; however, most players will be eager to try it. Weapons introduced in previous seasonal updates are often among the best in the game. So, it stands to reason that the GS Magna could establish itself as the new handgun meta.
Let’s go over how to unlock the GS Magna in Warzone 2.0 and Modern Warfare 2 Season 3 Reloaded.
How To Unlock GS Magna in Season 3 Reloaded
This is how to unlock the GS Magna in Season 3 Reloaded:
The GS Magna is unlocked by getting 30 headshot Operator kills using the .50 GS handgun. Alternatively, it can be purchased via a Store Bundle.
Another option is to find and extract the new handgun in DMZ. This will then unlock it for use in Warzone and Modern Warfare 2.
Weapon Description
The GS Magna’s official description is as follows:
“This fully automatic .50 GS boasts a thunderous rate of fire and enough power to put an end to anyone foolish enough to cross your path. Hold down the trigger and let this .50 Cal speak for itself.”

The blog also provided the following information about what players can expect from the new weapon:
If the X13 Auto is good for mobility and the FTAC Siege’s strength is in versatility, this sidearm is built for raw power. This weapon uses the exact same cartridge and most attachments as the semi-automatic .50 GS, including the ability to go akimbo and absolutely pulverize enemies at close-range.
Be careful what you wish for, however: this great power comes with the responsibility of managing some incredibly high recoil. However, the Operators who can tame this beast of a sidearm will be handsomely rewarded with a secondary that can easily compete at extreme-close ranges.
