This guide explains how to download the Lies of P demo on PS5.

Lies of P‘s release date was officially confirmed as part of a new trailer shown at Summer Game Fest 2023. The soulslike action role-playing game from developer Round8 Studio will launch on 19th September 2023 for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S.

For those unaware, Lies of P is inspired by the classic story of Pinocchio. In the new trailer, Pinocchio (a puppet mechanoid) comes to life and finds himself in Krat. The city has fallen to ruin and has been overrun by mechanical abominations.

The trailer treated viewers to numerous shots of the game’s impressive landscapes and we got an up-close look at its fearsome enemies. It also showed off more of Lies of P‘s gameplay in all its soulslike glory.

After watching the trailer, PS5 owners may be wondering how to download the Lies of P demo so they can check the game out for themselves. Take a look at the steps below which explain what you need to do.

How to download Lies of P demo on PS5

To download the Lies of P demo on PS5, go to the PlayStation Store. Search for “Lies of P” and select it. On the Lies of P page, select the button with the three dots and a menu will appear. Select “Demo”. This will allow you to download the demo to your PS5.

On PS5, the demo weighs in at 19.87 GB so ensure you have enough storage space available.

The demo will be available to download and play until 27th June 2023. You will be unable to access it after this date.
