To cap off an excellent couple of months of new games, Bethesda has closed out March with the launch of Ghostwire: Tokyo. The spooky new action-adventure game from The Evil Within creators Tango Gameworks could turn out to be a surprise hit for Bethesda. And it’s fair to say that it peaked our interest with its enigmatic trailers and eye catching villain. Now we finally have our hands on the game, there’s a lot to get stuck in to. And that includes a huge range of side missions. One such mission is “Zashiki-warashi” in which Akito and KK must find a zashiki-warashi and save it from an evil landlord who has trapped it inside his house. Here’s how to find the zashiki-warashi in Ghostwire: Tokyo…
How To Find The Zashiki-warashi in Ghostwire: Tokyo
As mentioned, the zashiki-warashi spirit is trapped inside the house of an evil landlord. Akito and KK head inside to find it – but it’s not an easy task. The house seems pretty unremarkable and there’s not really anything that points to the location of the zashiki-warashi. That’s where Spectral Vision comes in – it gives you a whole new perspective on the seemingly normal house.
This is how to find the zashiki-warashi in Ghostwire: Tokyo. Go inside the house next to the spirit. Once inside, turn left and then left again into a room. Approach the damp spot on the wall and examine it. Next, use Spectral Vision to reveal a hidden alter and open it. Pick up the Safe Key found inside. Go out of this room and turn right out of the door then left into the main room. Approach the wardrobe at the back right of the room and open it – use the Safe Key to open the safe inside. Turn around and head out of this room turning left and then right into another room. Turn to face the right wall and use Spectral Vision to reveal a hidden door. Finally, go inside and use hand seal to exorcise the specter.
And there you have it – you will now have saved the zashiki-warashi. Next, you need to go back outside and tell the old woman’s spirit you rescued it from the evil landlord. Once you’ve done that, you’ll receive the zashiki-warashi’s power.
