Images of skins in the rumoured Call of Duty x Fallout crossover pack have leaked and fans are expressing their dissatisfaction with the collaboration between two of Xbox’s biggest properties.

Earlier this month, dataminers found information that hinted at a future crossover between the two games. While nothing has been officially announced, a new leak surfaced on 29 May that gave fans a first-look at what’s on offer.

The leaked screenshot shows Task Force 141 members Soap, Ghost, Price, and Gaz wearing Fallout‘s trademark blue and yellow Vault suits. Ghost is also holding a Vault-Tec themed assault rifle. Behind the squad, a Vault door bearing the ‘141’ numbering is visible.

While there might be more to come, this initial “Vault Dweller” tracer pack has not gone down well with fans.

In response to the leaked images, X user @N5u4k5a wrote: “How do you fumble a crossover like this so badly… These look f***ing awful”.

@No1_REVENANT said: “Whoever made this should be fired immediately”.

Other Fallout fans were hoping for more variety in the crossover pack, as one user put it: “They gave us this trash instead of power armour”.

Conversely, a minority of fans were content with the collab. “OMG THIS IS AMAZING,” wrote @itsHunterTV. Another X user replied, “Never have an opinion again”.

It goes without saying that everyone has their own taste when it comes to things like this. But it does seem an odd choice to go with four Vault suits instead of Power Armor or the universally beloved NCR Ranger combat armor.
