The Fallout 76 Secret Service Armor arrived in the Wastelanders update, has become a must have for players.

Fallout 76 has an undeniably bad rep. But since the Wastelanders update and the reintroduction of human NPCs, the game has improved no end. And now it finally feels like an actual Fallout game. Fallout 76‘s Secret Service Armor arrived in that update, too. And we want to tell you exactly how you can get your hands on it.

How To Get Fallout 76 Secret Service Armor

The Secret Service Armor must be crafted from plans. That means that you can’t actually find it as one single intact piece. If you could do that, it would probably run the risk of being overpowered. But with a little bit of patience and ambition, you too can get your hands on a set. Below are the steps you need to follow.

Quests

The first thing players need to do to get their hands on a set of Secret Service Armor is to complete either the Secrets Revealed quest or the All That Glitters quest. You need to do this in order to unlock the gold bullion currency system.

Which one you complete to unlock gold bullion depends on which faction you side with for the Vault raid section of the questline.

  • If you side with the raiders at The Crater, you must complete All That Glitters. This automatically leads into Secrets Revealed.
  • If you side with the settlers at Foundation, you must complete Secrets Revealed.

This will unlock the gold bullion currency system which will enable you to purchase the plans for the Secret Service Armor (T-65 Power Armor).

Location

Once you’ve completed the above quests, the Fallout 76 Secret Service Armor is within reach!

Provided you have the gold, you will now need to purchase the individual plans for each composite part of the Secret Service Armor. You can be obtain these from Reginald “Regs” Stone in Vault 79, and cost as follows:

Crafting the Fallout 76 Secret Service Armor

So – you’ve finally got your hands on the plans for the Secret Service Armor. Now you need to actually craft the individual pieces and put it all together.

To do this, you need Legendary Modules for each piece of the armor. You can get these from Purveyor Murmrgh at the Rusty Pick in exchange for Legendary scrip (which is another form of currency in Fallout 76). Each Legendary Module costs 50 legendary scrip. You can acquire Legendary scrip from trading in legendary loot at Legendary Exchange points around Appalachia. One of these can be found at the Rusty Pick.

From here, you need to go to an Armor Workbench and craft each part of the armor. Once crafted, the game randomly assigns each piece with between one and three legendary attributes. As these are random, it may take multiple crafting attempts to get the ones you want.

And there you have it – your complete set of Fallout 76 Secret Service Armor.
