Elden Ring‘s rich world is packed full of things to do and places to discover. And the Lands Between has countless exciting locations and challenging bosses. You’ll quickly discover that tough foes are waiting round every corner. But before you take them on, it’s important to ensure you’re appropriately levelled. One of the first bosses you’ll encounter in Elden Ring is Margit, the Fell Omen. He makes for a fierce opponent and presents a huge obstacle for players trying to advance early in the game. He’s blocking the route to Stormveil Castle, too, so must be dealt with in order to progress the story. Keep reading to find out what level you should be to fight Margit, the Fell Omen in Elden Ring

What level to fight Margit in Elden Ring

Margit doesn’t mess around. This will likely be a punishing encounter for newbies. But Elden Ring provides you with one significant advantage over bosses. And that’s the ability to level up, get stronger and more powerful, and develop your abilities. You can come back to bosses whenever you like – there’s no requirement to keep fighting them over and over. So, if you’re stuck, you’re probably wondering when exactly is the right time to take on big, bad Margit?

This is what level to fight Margit in Elden Ring. While you may reach Margit quickly, you’ll probably have to grind a few levels before you stand a realistic chance of winning. Level 25 onwards is ideal – preferably closer to 30. Those extra levels will allow you to further develop your build and abilities. Of course, you’ll also get more practise while you’re levelling which is bound to come in handy when fighting Margit.

Obviously, extra levels alone won’t be enough. You’ll have to learn Margit’s attack patterns and weaknesses, too. But levelling will make the fight a fair bit easier for you, so is definitely worth doing rather than trying to take him on too soon.
