Elden Ring has been THE gaming highlight of 2022. There are so many different reasons for that. But for lots of players, the incredible variety of weapons, armor and items is likely to be a standout feature. And the truth is, you can find exciting loot around every corner and after every fight. However, some of the game’s best weapons and sets of armor are elusive. After all, FromSoftware games do not hold your hand. One of the better armor sets in Elden Ring is the Banished Knight Armor. The altered version is pretty easy to come across – but it doesn’t look as good nor does it have as good stats as its unaltered counterpart. This is how to get the unaltered Banished Knight armor in Elden Ring…
How To Get Unaltered Banished Knight Armor in Elden Ring
The Banished Knight set is definitely up there on the list of best armor available in Elden Ring. Each of the set’s composite pieces boasts impressive stats that make it a great choice at any stage in the game. You’re likely to come across the Banished Knight Armor after visiting Stormveil Castle relatively early on in Elden Ring. There’s a Banished Knight there near the Rampart Tower site of grace. Be warned, though, Banished Knights are challenging foes – and they only drop one piece of armor at a time (if they drop any at all). The one at Stormveil Castle drops Altered Helm, Altered Chest, Gauntlets, and Greaves. To get the stronger and better looking unaltered Banished Knight Armor (chest), you need to wait until much later in the game…
This is how to get unaltered Banished Knight Armor in Elden Ring… The unaltered Banished Knight Armor only drops from two specific enemies in the whole game. They are located at Castle Sol, a late game area in the Mountaintop of the Giants. Once you’ve progressed through Castle Sol, defeated Commander Niall, and unlocked the Castle Sol Rooftop site of grace, you are able to farm the unaltered Banished Knight chest easily. From the grace, run back down the steps towards the elevator, turn right and look out onto the ramparts. From here, you can shoot the Banished Knight in the distance. He will teleport to you, and you can then fight and kill him. Once defeated, there is a chance he will drop the unaltered Banished Knight chest piece.
Use a Silver Pickled Fowl Foot to make the process much quicker.
