Elden Ring is finally here after years of mystery and hype. And it has certainly lived up to the anticipation. Praise is pouring in from across the video game industry. And much of that praise is being directed at the game’s incredible setting – the Lands Between. The Lands Between is packed full of interesting and awe-inspiring locations that are dying to be explored. One of these is Fort Gael, which can be found in Caelid. Fort Gael is surrounded by enemies, including soldiers, knights, and more. If you’re still early in the game, it may be best to delay visiting until a bit later. But if you’ve already come across it, you likely want to know how to get inside. So, this our quick guide covering how to enter Fort Gael in Elden Ring.

How to enter Fort Gael in Elden Ring

Firstly, you’ll need to approach the fort with caution. The enemies here will prove challenging before you’ve even made it inside. Watch out for the knight near the south gate wielding a large bow. He’ll use this to shoot powerful purple arrows at you. As you approach the south gate, you’ll notice that it’s locked and there’s a Stake of Marika next to it. At this point, you’re probably wondering how to get into Fort Gael so you can find all the loot and enemies that await.

This is how to enter Fort Gael in Elden Ring. Go right and past the Stake of Marika. Follow the wooden platform round and roll off at the end. Walk along the tree at the side of the fort and you’ll notice a ladder and a soldier ahead. Eliminate the soldier and climb the ladder, and that’s it – you’re inside.

Now you can explore the rest of Fort Gael. But watch out for the Lion Guardian!
