The Fire Dept Dorm is inside the wider Fire Department complex in the south west of Vondel. It is located at map coordinates C6.
To get inside the complex, you also need the Fire Department key. Once inside, go to the west wing of the building and look for a singular glass door on the ground floor.
There is a significant enemy threat in the area. So, be sure to deal with enemy soldiers before you go looking for the Fire Dept Dorm.
