There are plenty of faction missions in DMZ that feature complicated and challenging objectives. And some are certainly harder than others.
On the surface of it, No Traipsing To Trapper looks like one of the toughest missions in the game. It is a Tier 3 mission for the Crown faction.
In a notable departure from other tier 3 missions, it has just a single objective. But that objective looks like a tall order.
You must take out the Bombmaker – who can be found on the top floor of Ashika Island’s Tsuki Castle – in 60 seconds. Given the high number of AI enemies and traps in the area, you may be wondering how this is possible.
Well, there is an effective strategy you can use to easily kill the Bombmaker in 60 seconds in DMZ No Traipsing To Trapper mission.
How to kill Bombmaker in 60 seconds in DMZ
This is how to kill the Bombmaker in 60 seconds in DMZ:
You need at least two players in your squad. One player should make their way to Tsuki Castle through the caves beneath and position themselves at an ascend point up to the courtyard.
The other player should bring a sniper and head for the radio tower at map coordinates ‘H3’ in the north east corner of the map. Climb to the top of the tower and look towards the castle. You will see a large open window. The Bombmaker will be stood in the window.
Aim at the Bombmaker. The 60-second countdown timer will begin as soon as your squadmate goes up the ascend. The Bombmaker will move from the window almost immediately. So, as soon as your squadmate goes up the ascend and the countdown begins, shoot the Bombmaker with your sniper.
This may take a number of attempts, but it is the simplest way to kill the Bombmaker in 60 seconds in DMZ.
Once the Bombmaker is dead, you can head for the exfil.
