This Call of Duty: Warzone 2 guide provides a walkthrough of the DMZ A Helping Hand mission and explains where to find Gun Oil, an Electric Drill, and the Enfer store.

A Helping Hand is one of many faction missions in Warzone 2.0‘s popular DMZ mode. It is a Tier 2 mission for the Legion faction and arguably one of the more frustrating missions in DMZ. That’s because you’re tasked with finding obscure items from all around Al Mazrah.

As part of A Helping Hand, you must find one bottle of gun oil and an electric drill. You then need to place these in the back room of the Enfer store in the Sa’id Shopping Center. You also need to place one C4 here, but you can bring that into the game with you so don’t worry about finding some.

Where to find gun oil

Finding a bottle of gun oil in DMZ can be tricky as it’s a relatively rare item drop. However, there are locations where you are more likely to find gun oil.

Firstly, we recommend heading to the construction site in Mawizeh Marshlands at map coordinates ‘G4’. Check buildings throughout this area. Gun oil is most likely to appear in toolboxes, so search those as a priority.

Failing that, head to gas stations throughout Al Mazrah. You may be able to find gun oil at one of these, although there is no guarantee.

Where to find electric drill

Finding an electric drill in DMZ is similarly difficult, however they appear to be slightly more common than gun oil.

For an electric drill, your best bet is to search every toolbox you come across and gas stations.

Enfer Store location (DMZ A Helping Hand)

The Enfer store is located at the centre of the Sa’id Shopping Center at map coordinates ‘D6’.

It is easy to spot thanks to its large sign reading “ENFER”.

Before you head for Enfer, you must have a key to unlock the Sa’id Shopping Center. These can be found as a random loot drop from AI enemies or purchased at a buy station.

While trying to reach Enfer, be prepared for an intense fight against heavily armoured AI in the shopping centre. This is one of the most challenging areas in Al Mazrah.

Once you reach the Enfer store, head to the back room. Slowly walk around the room and prompts will appear telling you to place the gun oil, electric drill, and C4.

Thankfully, there is no requirement to successfully exfil from Al Mazrah. Simply placing the items in the back room is enough to complete the mission.

You forget to mention that players need TWO keys to complete this mission. One for the mall and one to actually unlock the backroom. Although you don’t even need one for the mall as there are entrances players can use to avoid the mall key.

You don’t need either key to complete the mission. As you mentioned, you can enter the mall without the key by going through the roof. As for placing the items, this only needs to be at the back of the Enfer store and not in the Enfer Back Room itself. Thanks for commenting!
