This guide explains where to find the report on the bridge in Dead Space as part of the Premeditated Malpractice side mission.

Fifteen years since the launch of the original game, the Dead Space remake has arrived on consoles and PC. The new game resurrects the series with modern graphics and refined gameplay. But the terrifying horror remains.

Dead Space follows protagonist Isaac Clarke after he and his crew become stranded on the USG Ishimura while answering a distress call. Once onboard, they discover that murderous creatures – Necromorphs – have taken over the spaceship and are murdering the surviving crew.

In the game, Isaac must fight for survival and find a way off of the doomed ship. However, first he needs to find his girlfriend, Nicole, who happens to be the Ishimura’s chief medical officer.

Dead Space remake also features a big addition that wasn’t present in the original game. It has extensive side missions, which help develop the game’s story and give you chance to explore more of the Ishimura.

One of these is a side mission called Premeditated Malpractice. And while the mission is largely straightforward, one objective is leaving players scratching their heads.

After reaching a certain part of the mission, you will be given an objective instructing you to find the report on the Bridge. But exactly where you need to go isn’t immediately clear.

Where To Find The Report On The Bridge In Dead Space

After defeating the Hunter (regenerating Necromorph) at the end of chapter 5, a Tissue Sample will be left in the cryo-freezing chamber.

Collect this and it will start the Premeditated Malpractice side mission. This mission will lead you to Ore Storage on the Mining deck.

After listening to a disturbing audio log in Ore Storage you will be tasked with finding the report on the Bridge. But this objective isn’t quite as straightforward as you might expect.

This is where to find the report on the Bridge in Dead Space. Exit Ore Storage and turn right. Be careful to avoid the traps in this room by using Kinesis on the nearby objects to block the lasers. Turn left and go straight ahead. At the end of the corridor, turn left and then right and go into the elevator.

Take the elevator to Deck A: Preparation. Get off the elevator and go straight ahead and then turn right to the Mining Tram Station. Get on the tram and ride it to the Bridge.

Exit the tram and go right into the Main Atrium – Crew Deck. Follow the corridor round and go right after the Bridge Hall Storage Room. You will see a Store ahead.

Go into the Main Atrium.

Turn left when you reach it and go into the Main Atrium. Approach the first terminal on your right and there will be a prompt to activate it. A hologram will play. This will complete the objective.
