When players aren’t mashing through undead hordes, they will spend a fair amount of time looking for special keys. Keys in Dead Island 2 can open lockboxes, which contain valuable loot, items, and weapons.

One such lockbox is Space Fox 2250 Prop. It is in the Monarch Studios district of Dead Island 2. It requires the corresponding key to open.

This is where to find the Space Fox 2250 Prop Key in Dead Island 2:

After reaching Venice Beach, return to Monarch Studios using fast travel. Head east from the lockbox to the end of “Save the Cat Walk”. There will be a zombie called Space Fox Prop Master stood in front of a gate. Kill it and it will drop the key.

Once you have the key, return to the Space Fox 2250 lockbox. Use the key to unlock it and inside is a superior electrocutor pistol.
