The world of Assassin’s Creed Mirage is huge and there is a lot to discover including a tonne of secrets that are littered around the open world of Ninth-century Baghdad.
After venturing out into the desert to meet Nehal, she sends you off in search of a hidden place that she experienced in her dreams.
Of course, that peaked my interest. I’m a sucker for a mystery, so I was keen to set out in search of the so-called “hidden place” and to uncover its secrets.
The hidden place is located north of Aqarquf Dunes in the middle of the open desert. As the name suggests, the mysterious location is difficult to find; however, for me, it proved harder to locate than I imagined.
I spent a lot of time riding around the desert in search of Nehal’s hidden place to no avail. Thankfully, I eventually found it somewhere I didn’t expect. Annoyingly, Nehal’s note provides quite a big hint but I forgot to read it.
So, let’s take a look at the location of the Hidden Place in Assassin’s Creed Mirage.
Aqarquf Dunes Hidden Place location in Assassin’s Creed Mirage
This is the location of the hidden place north of Aqarquf Dunes in Assassin’s Creed Mirage: I found the entrance to the hidden place underwater at an oasis just north of the aforementioned dunes and west of a viewpoint.
The map below shows the exact location of the oasis and the entrance to the hidden place.
Once I arrived at the oasis, I was careful to avoid the guards in the vicinity.
Next, I dove under the water and found an entrance quite deep under the surface.
I swam further into the cave before climbing out of the water and heading deeper inside. Eventually I came across the hidden place itself – a mysterious chamber with three special chests/items.
