It’s the end of October and Spooky Season is in full swing. Call of Duty is embracing all things Halloween by giving Season 6 a paranormal theme and adding in a number of seasonally appropriate store bundles, including a new Ash Williams Operator.

In Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II and Warzone, players can unlock or purchase skins to wear when they jump into battle.

Over the years, Call of Duty has introduced increasingly whacky Operator skins in addition to the military-realism themed offerings. While these aren’t to everyone’s taste, they do make for a fun and varied experience.

This Halloween, Activision have partnered up with various pop-culture brands to bring exciting new skins to multiplayer and Warzone. One such Operator skin is Ash Williams from the Evil Dead franchise.

Who is Ash Williams?

Ash Williams is a fictional character best known as the protagonist of the Evil Dead franchise, which includes movies, TV series, and video games.

Portrayed by actor Bruce Campbell, Ash is an iconic figure in the horror genre. He’s a rugged, chainsaw-wielding hero who battles against undead zombies and malevolent spirits.

Ash Williams is renowned for his distinctive one-liners, flamboyant personality, and his resourceful approach to combatting evil, making him a cult favourite among fans of horror and dark comedy.
