This Alan Wake 2 guide details the password for the computer found in the Witchfinder’s Station at Cauldron Lake.
Alan Wake 2 is packed full of puzzles to solve. From nursery rhymes to cult stashes, there are lots of secrets to discover. Some of them feature recurring elements whereas others require unique solutions.
After fighting Nightingale in the Overlap, Anderson brings Alan Wake back from the Dark Place. When this happens, the previously flooded area surrounding Cauldron Lake is drained leaving a lot of land to explore.
When venturing out into the newly uncovered areas, there is quite a bit to find including cult stashes and new buildings.
If you go far enough north, you will come across the Witchfinder’s Station which is occupied by the Federal Bureau of Control (FBC). Inside, there is equipment belonging to the FBC including a password protected computer.
As you’d expect, the computer contains information that sheds light on the FBC’s activities at Cauldron Lake.
So, what is the password for the computer at the Witchfinder’s Station?
Witchfinder’s Station Computer Password in Alan Wake 2
This is the password for the computer at the Witchfinder’s Station in Alan Wake 2: The password consists of four digits, 2547.
Of course, four digits does not a strong password make. These days, most operating systems and websites will ask users to include letters (upper and lower case), numbers and symbols.
To make matters worse, the password is actually written on a post-it note that is stuck on the computer monitor.
Once you’re in the computer, you can read some emails between FBC employees that explain what exactly they are doing at Cauldron Lake.
