This guide explains who to talk to to progress the killer profile in the Cauldron Lake Murders case.
The end of 2023 is shaping up to be a great season for gaming. Alan Wake 2 has received fantastic reviews from critics and I for one am thoroughly enjoying my time exploring Bright Falls.
After the mysterious opening sequence that follows an unknown male on the terrifying walk to his death, players take control of FBI agent Saga Anderson who is joined by her partner, Alex Casey.
This section of the game gave me serious The X-Files vibes – and I’m not complaining. Investigating the enigmatic cult murder felt like something right out of one of Mulder and Scully’s cases from the 90s.
When I reached the crime scene, I had to look for clues as to what happened to the victim (who turned out to be a former FBI agent himself).
After finding all the evidence I could, I needed to establish the killer profile. This would enable Saga Anderson to correctly identify suspects.
According to the case board, I needed to talk to someone to get more information.
Let’s take a look at who to talk to to progress the killer profile for the Cauldron Lake Murders case in Alan Wake 2.
Who to talk to for killer profile in the Cauldron Lake Murders case in Alan Wake 2
This is how to progress the killer profile for the Cauldron Lake Murders case in Alan Wake 2: Saga Anderson must talk to the Bookers (witnesses to the murder) at the Oh Deer Diner in Bright Falls.
To do this, you must travel to Bright Falls and find the diner. When you get there, the Sheriff will tell you that the Bookers are waiting inside.
The Bookers explain what they saw and share an item that is central to establishing the killer’s profile. This piece of evidence can then be placed on the case board in Anderson’s mind palace.
