Ghostwire: Tokyo is the new spooky action-adventure game from Tango Gameworks and Bethesda. It takes place in Tokyo after its population mysteriously vanishes. You control Akito, a young man who is possessed by spirit guide KK, on his mission to save his sister. Along the way there’s a lot of missions to complete. These take place all over the city and take Akito into some mysterious locations. One such mission is Blindness, in which Akito and KK continue their pursuit of Hannya. Where To Find a Telephone Card in Ghostwire: Tokyo – Blindness
In order to contact Ed, Akito needs to use a special payphone. To use the payphone, he needs a telephone card. Prior to this, you will have cleansed the Utagawa Shopping District Torii Gate (or Shrine). This is useful as a navigation point around the area. Thankfully, you should also be pretty familiar with what’s around thanks to the previous task of destroying the barrier stones.
This is where to find a telephone card in Ghostwire: Tokyo. The telephone card is located Northwest of the Shrine. From the Shrine, turn left and then right. Go up and follow the street round as it branches to the left. The card is on the floor outside of a “Koban” store on the left side of the street.
Once you have the telephone card, you can move on to finding the special payphone needed to contact Ed.
