PlayStation Trophies for the 20th anniversary edition of Beyond Good & Evil have leaked online despite the lack of an announcement for the game at Ubisoft Forward earlier this week.

Beyond Good & Evil 20th Anniversary Edition, a re-release of the game which first game out for the PS2, original Xbox, and PC back in 2003, was accidentally released by Ubisoft last year enabling some people to play the game before its official launch.

At the time, Ubisoft promised an update in the new year. However, so far, neither the game nor a simple update has materialised.

In an interesting turn of events, Exophase, a website which tracks achievements and Trophies across different platforms by using backend data, has been updated with a full list of Trophies for Beyond Good & Evil on PS5.

In total, there are 35 Trophies for players to collect in the game. There are 16 Bronze Trophies, 15 Silver, 3 Gold, and a Platinum Trophy.

Presumably, this means that the game’s release is imminent. Although, that still doesn’t explain why it wasn’t mentioned at Ubisoft Forward.

In addition to the 20th anniversary edition, there was also an expectation that Ubisoft would reveal the trailer for Beyond Good & Evil 2 with Insider Gaming’s Tom Henderson stating that it “has been ready for about a year”. Ultimately, that didn’t happen, either. However, it would make sense for the launch of the first game’s anniversary edition to coincide with the reveal of the long, long, long awaited sequel. So, we might not be waiting too long after all.
