This Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III (MW3) guide explains where to find all of the mobile devices for the Crash Site mission.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III‘s campaign launched eight days early for pre-order customers. So, players (ourselves included) have been checking it out.
A key change in this year’s campaign is the increased focus on “open combat” missions. These grant a level of freedom to players, allowing you to complete objectives in whichever way you see fit.
The Crash Site mission sees Farah attempting to recover mobile devices from a downed plane that it is swarming with Konni soldiers.
In a cutscene prior to the mission, we see 2023’s version of the classic “No Russian” from the original Modern Warfare 2. Makarov and his fellow Konni soldiers take over a plane before strapping a bomb to one of Farah’s comrades and blowing it up.
It turns out that this was a false flag mission orchestrated by Makarov to enflame tensions between the West and Farah’s resistance militia. Consequently, she wants to recover the devices as evidence for what really happened.
So, let’s go over where to find all the mobile devices for the Crash Site mission in Modern Warfare 3.
Where to find all mobile devices at Crash Site in Modern Warfare 3
This is where to find all the mobile devices for the Crash Site mission in Modern Warfare 3:
The first device can be found at map coordinates E3 on top of a debris pile.
The second phone is located at coordinates E3; however, it is further to the west than the first device. Check out the map below.
The third and final mobile device can be found on top of some debris at coordinates F4.
Once you have all three devices, the next task is to track down the plane’s flight recorder AKA black box.
