This Call of Duty: Warzone 2.0 guide provides one possible location of the Castle event detonator in Warzone and DMZ.

Assault on Vondel is a time-limited event that kicked off at the beginning of Call of Duty: Warzone 2.0‘s fourth season. As part of this event, players complete specific objectives on the new Vondel map to earn medals and unlock in-game rewards.

Some of these objectives involve event detonators. These can be found at various points of interest throughout Vondel. There are ten detonators to locate in total.

When you’re near an event detonator, you will hear a callout stating that a detonator is in the area. It is worth noting that detonators can appear in different locations around a point of interest.

One such detonator is the Castle event detonator. So, where is it? This is one of the known locations where it can be found…

This is where to find the Castle event detonator in Warzone and DMZ:

The Castle event detonator is located at map coordinates D2 at the top of one of the turrets. It can be found on top of some old boxes partially covered with a sheet.

Like many of the points of interest around Vondel, the Castle is crawling with enemy AI soldiers. As a result, it is best advised to clear out enemies before making your way to the detonator.

Access to the turret is via a ladder from the main building below. Once you have found the detonator, be sure to interact with it so that it counts towards your progress.

The Castle is a big complex that is full of valuable loot. Consequently, it is worth searching every accessible room for crates and useful items.
