This is where to find the Major’s Master Keys in Dead Island 2:
Major Booker – a soldier taking refuge in the Halperin Hotel – has the keys. The Major’s Master Keys are located in Room 307 next to Major Booker’s body who is dead by the time you find her.
You will go here as part of the main quest called “Room Service for Major Booker”, so the keys are unmissable.
After completing this section of the main quest and acquiring the keys, you can return to the ballroom doors and unlock them. You will then fight the Bride – an immensely powerful Crusher zombie – in a tough boss fight.
