This Call of Duty: Warzone 2.0 guide explains where to find an IFAK in DMZ Health Conscious mission.

DMZ features a wide variety of faction missions for players to get stuck into. They can focus on pretty much anything from killing certain enemies to placing tracking devices to visiting specific locations and much more.

Health Conscious is a Tier 1 mission for the Legion faction. To complete it, players are required to do three things – loot a medicine cabinet, extract one IFAK, and extract two bandages.

While most players will be familiar with medicine cabinets and bandages in the game, you might be wondering what an IFAK is and where to find one in DMZ.

Where to find IFAK in DMZ and what is it?

This is where to find an IFAK in DMZ:

An IFAK is a standard lootable item in DMZ. IFAK stands for “Individual First Aid Kit”. It provides no unique abilities or special functions and is only worth $100. You are simply required to collect and extract one in order to complete the Health Conscious mission. They are commonly found in First Aid Kits, which are mounted on walls in buildings throughout Al Mazrah.

Now you know what an IFAK is, you can focus on completing the Health Conscious mission’s other objectives. These are straightforward – simply extract two bandages and loot a medicine cabinet.

IFAKs can be found in First Aid Kits.

And that’s it – once you’ve finished off the mission’s three objectives, it’ll be complete.
