This seems like a somewhat underhanded way of getting users to spend money on a game that is otherwise free.
Watchpoint Pack is actually an add-on that includes the Season 1 premium battle pass and two legendary character skins.

- Go to the PlayStation Store and search for “Overwatch 2”.
- Select the Overwatch 2: Watchpoint Pack.
- Select the “…” option to the right of “Wishlist”.
